A Southern California native, Greg grew up in Rolling Hills Estates and attended local schools and Cal State Long Beach. He served as a radio missionary in Nome, Alaska from 1988-1990, and then returned to familiar Southern California. He met his wife in 1992, began dating in 1993, were engaged in 3 days, and married fewer than 6 months later. They have shared 20 wonderful years of marriage and have two beautiful daughters, ages 13 and 16.

Greg and his wife purchased a yacht charter business in 1993, and in 1994 he was asked by a client to obtain his license to perform her wedding ceremony. What an honor it was to join two people in marriage! Since that time, he has performed over 1000 ceremonies for clients aboard yachts, for friends and family members, and for couples marrying at other popular Southern California locations.

Steve began performing ceremonies with You May Kiss  the Bride in 2009. He has extensive experience performing in front of large groups, both as a musician and a film director. He brings a calming demeanor to every ceremony, making his couples feel comfortable and at-ease throughout the experience.

Steve has traveled worldwide and is well-versed in many cultures, thus bringing knowledge and appreciation for the various differing backgrounds and social nuances that accompany many Southern California weddings.

Having been a wedding coordinator for many years, Elisa knows her way around a ceremony, but usually from behind-the-scenes.  Elisa began performing ceremonies for You May Kiss the Bride at the request of a couple who met her and wanted someone who could deliver a ceremony in both English and Spanish.  While she normally handles the office-end of the company, she also loves to be the one to help couples tie the knot!
